What type of equipment do you repair?
What type of equipment do you repair? Because we have been in the business for over 30 years, we can repair most vintage & modern analog & digital equipment, including the large consoles & most DigiDesign models – large & small. The most common for DigiDesign are 002, 003, Control 24 & Pro Controllers. Our services page outlines some of the various models and manufacturers that we service. Contact us if you have questions about your specific model or manufacturer.Depending on the issue(s), most repairs can be turned around in 1 to 2 business days. Once we have a better understanding of your issue, we can give you a more accurate timeframe, especially if we have to order additional parts. We will contact you if something “out of the ordinary” arises with your unit that may impact the estimated time or cost. As always, if you have specific questions, please give us a call, or drop us an email.
Yes, we accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card
Can I mail my
equipment to you for repair?
Although it is recommended to bring the equipment to us in person to ensure safe delivery, we understand that our clients are scattered around the country or not in close proximity to Atlanta. Therefore, if the equipment is small enough to fit in most standard 19” rack mounts, you can mail your equipment to us. It is recommended that you insure the equipment for its replacement value. We also recommended that you pre-pay the return shipping and include the return label in the box when you ship it to us & include your contact information. Our mailing address is on the contact us page of this website.
Will you come to my
studio to service my equipment?
Yes, we do make service calls to various locations. If you are located in the Metro Atlanta area, there is a nominal service call/trip charge. If you are outside of the Metro Atlanta area, but still within 1-2 hours driving distance, there is a service call/trip charge that is equal to the hourly rate of the time it takes to make the round- trip.
Will you travel out
of state to service my equipment?
Yes, we do make out of state service calls. Depending on where you are, there is a daily charge plus travel expenses. Often our clients will contact us to service several studios in 1 area and divide the expenses among them to save on costs. Contact us to schedule your next service call.
Do you provide
regularly scheduled service/maintenance contracts for specific equipment or a
whole studio?
Yes. We have service contracts with studios for specific equipment in a studio, or a consortium of studios. Those contracts are typically a flat rate that is billed monthly or quarterly with a set number of visits during that period. Contact us to talk about customizing a contract that suits your needs.
